Every City and town has a landmark public library.  Part of my job as a REALTOR is to showcase what there is to do in Lake Charles. So today I am going to introduce you to my local Calcasieu Parish Public Library in Lake Charles, Louisiana.


Lake Charles, Louisiana is a wonderful place to live and I am proud to see that our Library System offers residents so many FREE programs and learning opportunities.

PRIEN LAKE PARK

 

 

Prien Lake Park offers recreation and relaxation for all ages.  This jewel of a park is managed and maintained by the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury. The park overlooks Indian Bay on the Eastern shore of Prien Lake.  At a glance Prien Park features:

There are 2 walking paths, the Eagle Path .42 miles and Pelican Path .8 miles.Prien Park also offers Pavilions and Facilities for your special events.
