After Hurricane Rita devasted our Lake Charles Louisiana  home in 2005, my husband Craig and I relocated to Boca Raton, Florida.  It was there  my real estate career began with  two years dedicated to learning the complex real estate market of Palm Beach County.  This included waterfront estates, condos and 1031 exchange properties.

Upon moving back home to Lake Charles in 2007, I was no longer a "Real Estate Rookie" and I quickly obtained my Louisiana Real Estate License and affiliated with Century 21 Mike D. Bono & Co.'s a leader in Southwest Louisiana Real Estate since 1975 

My husband, Craig Boudreaux, is a loan originator with Louisiana Mortgage Associates.  We often work together as a REALTOR/Loan Officer team to better serve our clients.  This gives me an advantage as a REALTOR when it comes to obtaining instant pre approvals and financing options for my Buyers and I have a straight line of communication with the loan officer!
